What is Tapstice?

Tapstice started as a simple idea: what if a game was built entirely around one mechanic — the tap? No complicated controls, no tutorials that take forever. Just you, a moving bar, and split-second timing.

The concept is dead simple. A bar sweeps back and forth. You tap when it hits the center. Nail it, and you score big. Miss, and you lose a heart. That's it. But here's the thing — it gets really hard, really fast.

Every few rounds, the game throws something new at you. Speed bursts that make the bar fly. Ghost targets that mess with your rhythm. Freeze zones where everything slows to a crawl. These round modifiers stack — up to three at once — and that's when things get chaotic in the best way.

There are 8 different modes to keep things fresh. Classic gives you 3 hearts and unlimited rounds. Endless is one-life-only with a 1.5x score bonus for the brave. Time Attack gives you 60 seconds to go nuts. Blitz is for people who think Time Attack is too slow. And Zen Mode? That's just vibes — no pressure, no score, just practice.

The Era System is where the long game lives. Every 10 levels, you enter a new Era — Chaos, Precision, Storm, Shadow — each with its own twist. They loop infinitely, getting harder each cycle. Combined with the Prestige system, where you can reset progress for permanent bonuses, there's always a reason to keep playing.

We built a full economy around it too. Gems, a daily spin wheel, mystery boxes with a Lucky Meter, a piggy bank that fills up while you play, seasonal battle passes, and a league system with weekly rewards. It's a lot, but it all feeds back into that core loop: get better at tapping.
