Account & Login
You can create an account in several ways:
- Google Sign-In: Tap "Continue with Google" and follow the prompts
- Apple Sign-In: Tap "Continue with Apple" (iOS only) and authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your password
- Anonymous: Start playing immediately without an account (limited features)
We recommend creating an account to sync your progress across devices and access all features.
If you signed in with Google or Apple, simply sign in again using the same method on your new device. Your progress will be automatically restored.
If you used an anonymous account and lost access to your device, unfortunately we cannot recover your progress as there is no way to verify your identity.
Tip: We strongly recommend linking your anonymous account to Google or Apple Sign-In in Settings to prevent data loss.
To delete your account and all associated data:
- Open Tapstice and go to Settings (gear icon)
- Scroll down to "Account" section
- Tap "Delete Account"
- Confirm your decision
Warning: This action is irreversible. All your progress, purchases, and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
You can also request account deletion by emailing privacy@tapstice.com.
Yes! If you're signed in with Google or Apple, your progress automatically syncs across all devices where you sign in with the same account.
Simply install Tapstice on your new device, sign in with the same account, and your progress will be restored.
Gameplay
Tapstice is a timing-based game where your goal is to tap at the perfect moment:
- Watch the indicator bar move
- Tap when the indicator aligns with the target zone
- The closer to center, the higher your score
- Build combos by hitting consecutive good taps
- Don't miss too many times or you'll lose hearts!
Different game modes offer unique challenges and scoring mechanics.
- Classic: 3 hearts, play until you run out. The standard experience.
- Endless: One life only, but 1.5x score bonus. How far can you go?
- Time Attack: Score as high as possible in 60 seconds.
- Boss Rush: Face boss challenges every round for double rewards.
- Zen Mode: Relaxed gameplay with no pressure. Perfect for practice.
- Precision: Narrow target zones for massive rewards.
- Marathon: Extended sessions with milestone bonuses.
- Blitz: Ultra-fast rounds requiring lightning reflexes.
Eras are themed phases that cycle every 10 levels, each with unique gameplay modifiers:
- Origin: Standard gameplay, no modifiers
- Chaos: Random speed changes and unpredictable patterns
- Precision: Smaller target zones, higher score multipliers
- Storm: Fast-paced with visual effects
- Shadow: Reduced visibility challenges
- Duality: Two simultaneous targets
- Inversion: Reversed controls and patterns
- Temporal: Time manipulation effects
After completing all Eras, they cycle again with increased difficulty!
Power-Ups are special abilities that help you during gameplay:
- Slow Motion: Slows down the indicator for easier timing
- Time Freeze: Pauses the indicator briefly
- Shield: Protects you from one miss
- Target Expand: Enlarges the target zone temporarily
You can purchase power-ups in the Shop using Gems, or buy them instantly during gameplay. Some power-ups are also available as rewards.
Purchases & Payments
In-app purchases are processed securely through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). We never receive or store your payment card details.
Available purchases include:
- Gem packages (virtual currency)
- Ad removal (one-time purchase)
- VIP subscriptions with exclusive benefits
- Special bundles and offers
If your purchase didn't appear:
- Wait a few minutes - Sometimes there's a delay in processing
- Restart the app - Force close and reopen Tapstice
- Check your internet connection - Ensure you're connected
- Restore purchases - Go to Settings > Restore Purchases
- Verify payment - Check your email for a receipt from Apple/Google
If items still don't appear after 24 hours, contact us at support@tapstice.com with:
- Your User ID (found in Settings)
- Purchase receipt/order number
- Date and time of purchase
Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not by us directly:
iOS (Apple):
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com
- Sign in with your Apple ID
- Find the purchase and select "Report a Problem"
- Follow the prompts to request a refund
Android (Google):
- Go to Google Play Order History
- Find the order and select "Request a refund"
- Follow the instructions
Refund eligibility depends on platform policies and the type of purchase.
iOS:
- Open Settings on your device
- Tap your name at the top
- Tap "Subscriptions"
- Find Tapstice and tap "Cancel Subscription"
Android:
- Open Google Play Store
- Tap your profile icon
- Tap "Payments & subscriptions" > "Subscriptions"
- Find Tapstice and tap "Cancel subscription"
Your subscription benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Sign in to Tapstice with the same account you used for the original purchase
- Go to Settings in the app
- Tap "Restore Purchases"
- Wait for confirmation
Important: Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
Technical Issues
Try these troubleshooting steps:
- Restart the app: Force close and reopen
- Restart your device: A full restart can resolve many issues
- Update the app: Make sure you have the latest version from the app store
- Update your OS: Ensure your device's operating system is up to date
- Free up storage: Low storage can cause performance issues
- Clear cache: In device settings, clear the app's cache (Android)
- Reinstall: Uninstall and reinstall the app (your progress is saved if you're signed in)
If problems persist, contact us with your device model, OS version, and a description of the issue.
For best performance:
- Close other apps running in the background
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection (for online features)
- Disable battery saver mode which can limit performance
- Make sure your device meets minimum requirements
- Try reducing visual effects in Settings if available
Minimum Requirements:

- Android 7.0 (API 24) or later
- At least 100MB free storage
To enable push notifications:
iOS:
- Open device Settings
- Tap "Notifications"
- Find Tapstice and ensure notifications are enabled
Android:
- Open device Settings
- Tap "Apps" > "Tapstice"
- Tap "Notifications" and ensure they're enabled
Also check in-app settings to make sure notifications are enabled within Tapstice.
Privacy & Data
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account information: Email, display name, profile picture, username
- Game data: Scores, achievements, progress, game statistics
- Device information: Device type, model, OS version, screen size, language settings
- Usage data: How you interact with the app, session duration, features used
- Technical data: Crash reports, performance metrics, network connectivity status
- Purchase data: Transaction IDs and purchase confirmations (we never see your payment card details)
We use this data to provide, improve, and secure the game. We do not sell your personal data. See our full Privacy Policy for comprehensive details, including your rights under GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, PIPEDA, and KVKK.
You can request a copy of your personal data by:
- Emailing privacy@tapstice.com with the subject "Data Request"
- Include your User ID (found in Settings) or the email associated with your account
We will respond within 30 days with your data in a portable format.
iOS: Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking > Disable "Allow Apps to Request to Track"
Android: Settings > Google > Ads > Enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
Remove ads entirely: Purchase any VIP package or ad removal option in the Shop.
Leaderboards & Social
Tapstice features multiple leaderboards:
- All-Time High Score: Your best score ever
- Weekly Best: Resets every Monday at midnight UTC
- Best Combo: Your highest combo chain
- Highest Level: The furthest level you've reached
Leaderboards are also integrated with Apple Game Center and Google Play Games for cross-platform competition.
If you suspect someone is cheating, please report them:
- Email support@tapstice.com
- Include the player's username or User ID
- Describe why you believe they're cheating
- Include screenshots if possible
We take fair play seriously and investigate all reports. Confirmed cheaters may have scores reset or accounts banned.
VIP & Premium Features
VIP is a premium subscription that gives you exclusive benefits:
- Unlimited energy - play as much as you want
- Premium Battle Pass rewards
- VIP level system that tracks your total engagement
- Access to exclusive content and features
VIP is available as a Weekly or Monthly subscription. You can manage your subscription through your device's app store settings.
The Battle Pass is a progression system that rewards you for playing:
- Free Track: Available to all players with basic rewards
- Premium Track: Unlocked with a one-time purchase, offering exclusive skins, Gems, and other rewards
Complete daily and weekly challenges to earn Battle Pass XP and unlock rewards.
Invite friends to play Tapstice and earn rewards:
- Find your unique referral code in the App
- Share it with friends
- When they enter your code, both of you receive rewards
Each referral code can only be used once per new user. Rewards are delivered automatically after verification.
You have several options to control advertisements:
- Remove Ads: Purchase the "Remove Ads" option or any VIP subscription to permanently remove all ads
- Personalization: On iOS, go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking to control ad tracking. On Android, go to Settings > Google > Ads
- In-App Settings: Use the Privacy Options in App settings to manage your ad consent preferences
Even without personalized ads, you may still see non-targeted advertisements unless you purchase ad removal.
